Non Agency Agreement
Industry website advertising is gained via our licensed agency referral service. Customers must sign a non agency agreement before any advertising and representation can commence upon industry only websites.This agreement ensures that you are the true owner and vendor of the property and that you give permission to our referral service to advertise you property,home,land or business on your behalf. It is supported along with a copy of a recent rates notice and photo identification of all the owners of the property.No private or personal information is used for telemarketing services.
Fees and Charges
The fee to list your property on the industry only websites is $120 per month. This fee is paid in advance for the whole month and is referenced as the ‘billing cycle’. The billing cycle runs from the date your advertisement is published on the internet and falls due on that same date for each following month. There are no pro rata payments for the monthly fee. Failure to pay the ongoing monthly fees will result in your property being removed from this service.
All requests to remove listings must be addressed to sales@sellmyhouseonline.com.au. We require at least 5 business days notice of your request to remove a listing. A failure to give the required notice will result in you being charged the next monthly fee of $120.
May I get a refund of the Membership fee?
Because our Web site has implemented the Instant Payment Notification (IPN) system, which allows images to be uploaded immediately after paying the Membership fee, without any exception we have a NO REFUND policy.
