How to List and Sell Properties

 Listing with us is easy. Just follow these three easy steps:

1. Click on the "Register as new seller" icon and select a package that suits you. Then fill in the online form and create your username and password. If you are paying by direct deposit into our account we will supply you with the details.

2.Once your payment is confirmed you are free to continue adding your Property description and upload your images of the property. Photos should be kept around 900mega pixels to upload best.

3. Once all your details and photos are as you require. We allocate you a Property Identification number. We will then activate the listing for viewing. This property :Id number: is your way of advertising your property in Newspaper or Brochure style.

Do I need a Contract of Sale?

Yes!  You will need to go to a Solicitor or Conveyancer and have them draw up a Contract of Sale.  This may sound difficult and time consuming but it is an easy process.  Once you have a Contract of Sale you can then legally advertise your property for sale and sell your property. If you are using a Real Estate agent they will prepare for this for you.You also have the ability to hand them out to your buyer immediately upon viewing your home.

Non Agency Agreement
Industry website advertising is gained via our licensed agency  referral service. Customers must sign a non agency agreement before any advertising and representation can commence upon industry only websites.This agreement ensures that you are the true owner and vendor of the property and that you give permission to our referral agency to advertise you property,home,land or business on your behalf. No private or personal information is used for telemarketing services.
